Starter plate @ Shunji - feta/sweet potato ball, ankimo mousse w/ caviar, pumpkin, grilled king mackerel. Usually the cheese ball is Bleu cheese but I think I loved this even more - very creamy with tiny chunks of steamed sweet potato inside. And the tiny bite of ankimo is something I find myself craving. It's ethereally light yet creamy, which a perfect amount of soy to bring out it's natural sweetness and topped with high-quality caviar to give it a bit more "ocean" taste.
