Dinner at #michelinstar @borkonyhawinekitchen in #budapest. We started with squid ink sesame bread (interesting and very very good!), Jerusalem artichoke soup with scallop, then quail and pigeon breast with brussel sprouts and mushroom sauce (Kev had layered rabbit with squash), and we ended with apple tart with apple sorbet.
