Amazing dinner with great people. It was an honour to be their guest at the #ballymaloehouse. Myrtle Allen- is an Irish Michelin star winning head chef and co-owner of the restaurant The Yeats Room of Ballymaloe House. Darina Allen - is an Irish chef, food writer, TV personality and a founder of Ballymaloe Cookery School, leader of Slow Food Movement in ireland.
