This chunk of "something" may doesn't look that appetiting.. But this thing is called #河豚 or #フグ or #fugu or #blowfish or #pufferfish or \u003C- this exact looking fish.. Known to be lethally poisonous, it is usually prepared as sashimi, though the chinese chefs prepared it this way.. March is the exact season where actually produces eggs, shooting their table service price to RMB 500 per plate.. Grateful to have tried it courtesy of our chinese partner..
