河豚白子グラタン Fugu Shirako (blowfish's milt) Gratin @ かねます, Tokyo. This had to be the most devilish evil fugu shirako dish I have had for this season. If it was just the ingredients alone, I prefer the last version with lots of velvety fugu shirako, lily bulbs, gingko nuts and mini fukahire in a thick Chinese premium broth. But this gratin sauce with mashed fugu shirako blended in.....That's like gratin in a whole new level. Exactly how much fugu shirako I ate in this bowl? I had no clue.
