替え:河豚白子和え Fugu sashimi and skin with fugu shirako sauce @ 松川 Matsukawa, Tokyo. This plate of fugu (blowfish) sashimi comprised of different parts and cuts. Some was soft and tender, some was crunchy almost like having soft bone (but not), and some was julienned and mixed with the 「コリコリ」strips of fugu skin, all brought together by, what else?
